The eruv was built by Rabbi Yonah Ribiat, under the guidance of Rav Moshe Heinemann of the Star-K.
Rabbi Yonah Ribiat is an eruv specialist who is responsible for maintaining two eruvin
in the Baltimore area, and travels around the country advising and upgrading eruvin.
Rabbi Yehoshua Singer of Am HaTorah is the local Rabbinic Advisor for the eruv.
